Chess has a special place in St. Louisans’ hearts. Not only do we have a rich and storied history with this challenging game, we also have the World Chess Hall of Fame right here in town! More than just a building, it houses fascinating artworks and even presents concerts. The remarkably active STL Chess Club supports the sport in all its aspects.
